I offer 1-on-1 or small group private classes (up to 4 students) as well as monthly yoga & wellness coaching, via Zoom or outdoors. With over 1000 hours of teaching experience and a specialization in Stress Management, my private teaching and coaching offers a dynamic, effective, and flexible way to manage stress and anxiety while optimizing mental & physical wellness.
